Green Acre's Blanks will NOT be responsible for any delays that may occur from the carriers. Once your item has been marked delivered, Green Acre's Blanks is no longer responsible or liable. * Please contact Green Acre's Blanks immediately if you receive an incorrect item/defective item. Contact must be made within 24 hours by either Facebook Messenger or email. You must include a picture of the original packaging and item. If the item has been altered in any way, we will not be able to issue a credit and or refund.
* Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
LOST PACKAGES: USPS has a minimum waiting period of 15 days before a claim can be filed. Filing a claim with USPS will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer will need to provide USPS with a copy of their invoice and tracking number when filing the claim.
