***HEATING INSTRUCTIONS ***
Lay down your print facing up and place the plaque on top with the frosted side faced down. Set your heat press to 356 degrees and the timer to 120 seconds. Place butcher paper down, then your plaque with the paper side up. Cover with more butcher paper then press.

Once your package has been shipped and received by USPS, UPS, and or FedEx is now the responsibility of the carrier. Green Acre's Blanks will NOT be responsible for any delays that may occur from the carriers. Once your item has been marked delivered, Green Acre's Blanks is no longer responsible or liable. Please make sure you are entering an accurate and secure address for shipping. If you have any shipping concerns, please contact the carrier directly as they can provide the best available information.

* Please contact Green Acre's Blanks immediately if you receive an incorrect item/defective item. Contact must be made within 24 hours by either Facebook Messenger or email. You must include a picture of the original packaging and item. If the item has been altered in any way, we will not be able to issue a credit and or refund.
* Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
LOST PACKAGES: USPS has a minimum waiting period of 15 days before a claim can be filed. Filing a claim with USPS will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer will need to provide USPS with a copy of their invoice and tracking number when filing the claim.
