You must include a picture of the original packaging and item. If the item has been altered in any way, we will not be able to issue a credit and or refund.

LOST PACKAGES: USPS has a minimum waiting period of 15 days before a claim can be filed. Filing a claim with USPS will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer will need to provide USPS with a copy of their invoice and tracking number when filing the claim.
